When you order an item, you have the choice to be delivered:
• either at home or at another address
• In a Post Point of Delivery (in Belgium only)
At payment confirmation, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to track your parcel on its way to its destination. Deaddy Bears s.a. makes the commitment to ensure deliveries of items ordered in the shortest possible time. The average delivery time observed for available items is 3 to 7 days.
For withdrawals of parcels at a Post Point of Delivery, a valid identity document is required. Otherwise, the items ordered will not be delivered. Your parcel will be kept for 10 days at the Post Point of Delivery, then it will be returned to us.
The shipping costs (shipping and delivery) are entirely your responsibility and this regardless of the area of delivery. The amount of postage depends on the territorial area of delivery.
